STEP 1: switch off d phone.
STEP 2: remove d battery &
simcard
STEP 3: then return d battery
back again without a simcard.
STEP 4: switch on d phone and
press d following code on ur
phone: *2767*2878# or
*2767*7377# and press ok
STEP 5: den switch on dphone
and d problem isover.
