HOW TO FUND YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT
Thursday, 28 February 2013
Carrying out some online
transactions without a paypal
account is almost impossible
since it turned out to be the most
widely used form of online
payment solution over the years.
Paypal is not supported in
Nigeria and you have to go
through certain steps just to
open and verify a paypal account
as a Nigerian and I made a post
earlier on that. Despite getting a
paypal account through the
backdoor, withdrawing your
money earned online and
funding it to facilitate your online
transactions and purchase items
remains a problem to most
people. There are lots of Nigerian
internet marketers parading
themselves as paypal gurus but
you’ll definitely think twice if you
happen to witness a scam. I’m
not saying everyone of them is
not trustworthy, there are some
I’ve even done business with in
the past without regret but I only
need to emphasize the fact that
there’s still that slight possibility
of getting scammed trying to
fund and withdraw from your
paypal account in Nigeria
through a total stranger you only
know on the internet.
With the increasing demand of
paypal funds and means of
withdrawal,
Nigeriagoldexchange and
OnlineNaira resolved this issues
with the service they offer.
NigeriaGoldExchange.com
I knew this site way back in
2009 when I needed to fund my
Liberty Reserve account. They’ve
been funding liberty reserve
accounts since and they recently
started funding paypal too. The
last time I checked, they sell a
dollar for 195 Naira. They also
buy and sell alertpay and
webmoney funds as well.
OnlineNaira.com
I came across onlinenaira
recently through a friend and
they offer an excellent service
too. It’s very easy withdrawing
your paypal funds as you ‘re
allowed to even get your
payment through liberty reserve.
You can fund and withdraw from
your payapl account through
your Nigerian bank account. They
require you to verify your identity
though before you can use their
service and the steps include
submitting a scanned copy of
your recent utility bill and a
goverment issued identity card.

HOW TO WITHDRAWL YOUR PAYMENT AND MONEY FROM PAYPAL IN NIGERIA
First of all and to be sincere with
you,withdrawing your fund from
your PayPal account
while you are in Nigeria needs
patience,careful observations as it
is not that so easy
but I'm here today to show you
how you can really get your
PayPal cash into your Nigeria
bank account without much ado
but remember that I told you to
be very careful.
Below are some great tips to
follow and kindly read the end of
this message to see how
I can really help you out with this
as well and I advise you ema to
carefully look into of those tips
Tip 1 :Look for someone in
Nigeria that uses and need paypal
cash.Exchange with Liberty or let
him/her pay you in Naira into
your bank account while you
fund his/own PayPal account.
For example,I do buy legitimate
paypal cash and pay in Naira or
exchange it with Liberty
Reserve.If it was Liberty Reserve
that was exchanged for you,sell
your Liberty Reserve Cash to
people that need it or just sell it
exchangers like
nigeriagoldexchange.com,e-
naira.com,naira4dollar.com and
other ones and they will surely
pay into your account without
some speculated time if your
PayPal cash didn't have any
problem else they will refund it
back into your account.
Tip 2 : You can transfer your
paypal money to a friend’s
account in abroad that stays in a
country where paypal is
accepted. All you need to do is to
forward your money into his/her
own paypal account and your
friend will cash it to its own bank
account and later send you your
money through Western Union
transfer or Wire Transfer or
MoneyGram.
N.B: The person that will be doing
this for you must be a reliable and
trustworthy person.
ema !
ALWAYS DEAL WITH LEGITIMATE
PAYPAL CASH AND NEVER COLLECT
FUNDS FROM HACKERS
Tip 3 :Another proven method is
to render services such as
funding of other people’s paypal
account i.e. whenever a person
needs his paypal account funded,
you will just tell the person to
send you naira in exchange for
paypal dollars and all you will
need doing is to forward the
dollar from your paypal account
to the person's account.
Tip 4 : You can use your paypal to
buy things online or help people
to make payment on sites that
accept PayPal as such of those
sites are clickbank.com and some
other sites but you have to be
extra careful when you want to
do this in such a way that I will
advise you to have two different
types of PayPal accounts viz USA
Verified PayPal account and a
non-european paypal or two of
any of the two but I prefer you
having two non-european PayPal
accounts such that you will be
storing PayPal Cash in one while
you will be using the second one
to make payment for people in
such a way that you will just be
sending paypal cash needed to
make your transaction successfull
into it from your second paypal.
N.B:Don't always use your PayPal
account to pay for long time
webhosting such as a year or
more but you can use it for
monthly webhosting.
Don't use it to make payments on
site like freelancer.comexcept you
are using it for freelancer account
that has the same name as it is on
the PayPal account that you want
to make use of.
Tip 5 :Better still,get a Usa
Payoneer Mastercard from
payoneer.com[Supports Nigeria]
or that from kaiku.com[USA only
but a Nigerian can as well get it]
and use it your verify your Usa
paypal account and you will be
able to transfer your cash to your
card account and then collect
your cash on any ATM machine all
over the world even in Nigeria in
naira denomination but this
procedure is a very long time[3-5
months] process but it is still one
of the best.Anywhich way,you can
contact me on 08039614606 or
08091833866 if you want me to
specially put you through this
process.
P.S : Now that I've shown you
some ways, you are left to choose
the one that suite you the best
and don't forget that youcan
become a proud owner of your
own verified PayPal account plus
everything you need to operate
your PayPal account from Nigeria
without it being closed by doing
nothing

PAYPAL SETUP
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
ABOUT PAYPAL
A PayPal account is an online
payment solution system that
makes you fund your
account with them to enable
you make and receive
payments online.
With a PayPal account you
can buy things online and
also receive money from it
too.
Owning a PayPal account is
very important such that
most internet marketers own
and use PayPal account.
PayPal don't accept
Nigerians. Why?
It is because of reasons that
they only can explain but
they claim that the rate of
frauds in Nigerian is too high
that if they grant Nigerians
access to their websites, it
will not only make them lose
money but also lose their
credibility online.
Unfortunately a lot of
Nigerians who wants to use
PayPal for various but
legitimate purposes have
been held back because of
that simple decision made by
PayPal.
Believe me PayPal is very
strict.
In this report my major aim
is to show you how to safely
and securely open a PayPal
account in Nigeria.
Infact you will be able to
operate a PayPal account in
Nigeria in just 10 minutes
after reading this e-book.
Surprised?
Well, by the time you get to
the end of this report you
will agree with me and
maybe call me to say thank
you.
Should I Open A Verified Or
An Unverified PayPal
Account?
If you have ever tried
opening a PayPal account
before then you will agree
with me that there is a case
where you open an
unverified PayPal account
and also there is a case
where you can open a
verified PayPal account.
The truth is, they are almost
the same. Most Nigerians-
maybe you too-once they
open a PayPal account the
next thing they go after is to
try to verify it.
I have news for you. For
now, don’t open a verified
PayPal account, use an
unverified PayPal account. It
is more secured.
What Can An Unverified
PayPal Account Do?
[1] It can receive payments
[2]It can be used to make
payments or transfer money
[3]You can use it to pay
people who has PayPal
accounts
[4]You can withdraw your
money anytime you want to.
So the only difference
between a verified and an
unverified PayPal account is
that while an unverified
PayPal can receive small
payments let's say $1,500 a
verified PayPal can receive
and withhold as much as $
5,000. Just that.
But there is a secret that
most people don't know. It is
more secured to open an
unverified PayPal account
because PayPal will see you
as an un-serious person and
wont bother checking your
I.P and other security details
but if you are verified that is
when they come after you.
Even others in countries like
U.S.A, U.K go through that
same problem. In this report
i will show you how to open
an unverified PayPal account
because like i said that is the
easier way to go BUT if you
are still serious about using a
verified PayPal account, you
can contact me, I will help
you open and verify a 101%
safe PayPal account of your
own, after which I will hand
you my own personal PayPal
survival series, which
exposes you to how to use
your account securely, &
many more.
Enough of all that story. Let
me begin the process of
showing you step by step on
how to open a PayPal
account in Nigeria using
your Nigerian address and
your Nigerian I.P
HOW TO OPEN PAYPAL
ACCOUNT IN NIGERIA IN 10
MINUTES
The first thing is for you to
go over to PayPal website
and that is www.paypal.com
Once you get to the website,
look at the top of the page
and click on SIGN UP. If you
find that hard to do, then
just go to the registration
page.
After clicking on the sign up
page, you will then be
directed in less than 20
seconds by PayPal to another
page where you will be
asked to select:
Country
Language
Type of account
In the country choose Niger
{l will explain later while
you need to choose NIGER]
I the language section
choose U.S ENGLISH and in
the type of account choose
PERSONAL ACCOUNT type.
Click Get Started
When the next page displays,
it will bring out a form you
will be required to fill.
Some of the information’s
that you will be asked to fill
are:
First Name;
Last Name;
Email Address;
Phone Number;
I don’t think those one’s will
be hard for you to answer.
So l will just go straight to
the arena where you will
asked to choose: A country,
put your address, phone
number, zip code, PayPal
account login and finally
password recovery
question and answer.
This is where most Nigerians
get to is and then here
seems to be no way out. Well
l have found it. In the section
where you will be asked to
select your country of
citizenship, choose NIGERIA
The reason is this, l have
come to find out that NIGER
address looks almost like a
Nigerian address that it will
take only someone who has
been to both countries to be
able to detect. I am serious,
not only does the name
NIGERIA and NIGER looks
similar the addresses that
are used in both countries
are alike...and l will prove it.
Once again choose NIGERIA.
After you have done that, go
ahead and place your Nigeria
HOME address in the address
section. Put the Nigeria ZIP
which is 234 and your state
Code, for example if you stay
in Lagos it will be something
like 23401, while someone
who stay in Ibadan will have
23402.
Just in case you are not sure
of your Zip-code, just include
23400. It will be accepted.
After you have done that go
ahead and complete the
remaining questions there
like.
QUESTION & ANSWERS
section. Choose a question
and answer that you will not
easily forget so that just
incase you misplace you
password you can easily get
it back rather than trying to
open another new PayPal
account, you might loose
money if you neglect the
importance of choosing and
answering a question you
wont easily forget.
Also in the PayPal account
login information box,
choose the email that you
are going to be using for
PayPal account. It will be like
your account number, so
when someone wants to pay
into your PayPal account all
they will need is just your
PayPal account email
address.
When you all do all this, click
the SIGN UP button and the
finally.. You will be taken to a
page confirming your
registration. In the last page
paypal will notify that you
have been sent a
confirmation link in the email
you placed in the form while
registering.
Go back to the email address
that you place. Open the
paypal email/ click the link
and confirm. And then…
WAOOOO!!!! YOU HAVE A
PAYPAL ACCOUNT!! THOUGH
UNVERIFIED…
WHAT ABOUT MY IP, CAN’T
PAYPAL TRACK ME DOWN????
Nice question. This is what
happened.
While NIGER is seen as your
country or region and you
choose NIGERIA as your
country of citizenship, If
tomorrow they see you open
your PayPal account in with a
Nigeria I.P they wont block it
because they will “assume”
that you are in your country
[Nigeria], not just that like I
said if you are using an
unverified account it even
increases your chances of
not being blocked to 101%. I
have tried this techniques
and it has never failed me.
What I just started is a
principle that presently
works, except if PayPal
decides to upgrade their
security system tomorrow.
Meanwhile I will advice that
you don’t always check your
PayPal account. Check your
PayPal maybe once or
maximum twice a month.
WARNING….
NEVER YOU ACCEESS YOUR
ACCOUNT WITH ANY PROXY
OF ANY KIND.
DON’T EVEN USE THE SO
CALLED PROXY SOFTWARES
THAT FLOATS AROUND (THAT
IS A SURE FIRE WAY TO
GET YOUR ACCOUNT
FROZEN!!!)
PLEASE ALWAYS USE A GMAIL
ACCOUNT FOR PAYPAL,
(AVOID YAHOO COMPLETELY)
NOTE: Whenever someone
pays money into your PayPal
account, PayPal immediately
sends you an email that a
payment has been sent to
you. Which means that you
should only check your
PayPal, when you want to
transfer the money?
Don’t say I didn’t tell you oo…
Because even people who
lives in USA face trouble’s
from PayPal.

HOW TO OPEN,RUN AND OPERATE PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN NIGERIA
If you have been on the
internet for sometime now,
you will definitely agree with
me that sometimes it look
almost impossible for
someone to run a successful
online business without
having a PayPal account.
Have you been in a position
where you wanted to
purchase something online,
only to find out that you
must have a PayPal account
before you can Purchase
such products? I have been
there several times without
number.
It was because of this
burden that led me to this
research and finally i can
boldly say that anyone who
follows my principle will be
able to open a PayPal
account in Nigeria in 15
minutes using your Nigerian
address and not changing
your I.P.
That may sound stupid but it
is true. I want to say that at
the time of writing this, the
information’s provided here
are valid and work like magic
BUT PayPal can decide to
upgrade their security
system at anytime which
might stop the effectiveness
of the steps
outlined here.
In other words, don’t wait.
Let's begin immediately.
